Thank you Jack and Jennifer for trusting me with your Essendon Country Club wedding photography
This is what Jennifer had to say about the day:
The church was where my parents and sister all got married so it’s a bit of a family tradition. St Albans was also a really good middle point between Watford and Hitchin where lots of our family and friends were coming from.
For the venue, we needed somewhere relatively close to the church and wanted a rustic theme so were looking for a barn. We did view quite a few others like Knebworth and Tewinbury Farm, but had our heart set on the Grand Barn at Essendon as it was so nice and light inside which is unusual for a barn. Plus, the wedding planner Jo was super helpful and accommodating.
The highlight of our day was probably walking out of church as newly weds, but there were lots of other highlights too!
Dress choice, I knew I wanted an A-line type skirt, but was originally looking for a sweetheart style strapless top. I chose my dress as it was a bit different and really liked the crossover straps at the back. So many people commented about it being like a ballerina dress – now I know why I was drawn to it as I used to do ballet!
For the photography, we wanted a fun, creative photographer to capture our day without being too intrusive.
From beginning to end, it truly was a perfect, relaxing day. Thank you so much Jack and Jennifer for trusting me to capture your very special day…
