Let me tell to you about my story telling style of photography, also known as documentary, or as I like to call it, “fly on the wall”. My approach is natural, unstaged, passive and unobtrusive, whilst being aware of the light and seeking a great composition, resulting in the most beautiful and candid images…
I don’t move, direct or pose people. I capture moments as they naturally happen…
I am always on the look out for the most spontaneous, loudest laugh in the room…
As well as being quick on my feet, I also have to be patient and stick to a moment if I believe it’s worth sticking with…
It could be a tender moment between the bride and her father, starting with a simple smile but with the potential to turn into something a lot more poignant and rich in emotion…
Or the look of pride and love on the mother of the bride’s face…
My aim is to exceed my couples’ expectations and to also surprise them with images they had absolutely no idea were being taken…
I will capture those priceless key moments during your day and in the most discreet way, leaving you with memories of you and your loved ones to treasure for years to come.

All the details of your day, big or small are very important, you put so much effort into making your day a true reflection of who you both are and I make sure I don’t miss anything on the day…
I also absolutely love shooting portraits and every couple is different, some might be great on the PDA some others more reserved. I don’t impose cuddles and kisses on my brides and grooms, we just go with the flow and if you don’t fancy having portraits taken then that’s cool also!
Finally, I do understand the need for formal group shots and do ask for a list no longer than 10 prior to the wedding. I either have the toastmaster or best man to gather everyone needed for those shots, but keep this to a minimum amount of time in the entire day so that I can focus and not miss out on what is happening.
